These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the friscopilates.com website and the services offered by IM=X® Pilates & Fitness of Frisco ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or booking a class, you agree to these Terms.
When you book a class or intro session, you agree to provide accurate information and to arrive on time. Class availability is subject to change, and we reserve the right to reschedule or substitute instructors when necessary.
Prices for classes, intro sessions, and memberships are shown at the time of booking and are payable in advance. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect sessions you have already purchased.
Our cancellation policy requires that you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. If you need to reschedule, we also request 24 hours' notice prior to your session. Failure to cancel or reschedule within that window will result in forfeiting your session, and a refund will not be provided. To cancel or reschedule, call us at (469) 536-2822.
Pilates and fitness activities involve physical exertion and inherent risks. You should consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. By participating, you confirm that you are physically able to take part and assume responsibility for your own health and safety. Please inform your instructor of any injuries, conditions, or pregnancy before class.
We ask that all clients treat staff and fellow members with respect and follow studio guidelines and instructor directions. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove anyone whose conduct is disruptive or unsafe.
The content on this website — including text, images, logos, and the IM=X® name and marks — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our classes. Our services are provided on an "as is" basis.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
